CULPOL Issue Papers present selected articles that provide critical analysis on the different issues reflecting the themes of the CULPOL project. The CULPOL Issue Papers series will explore the different ways that the European Union impacts the cultural policy on the national as well as local level in order to kindle interest in EU related topics among Croatian cultural researchers, policy makers and cultural practitiones.
